the first month of the project has gone by and so far, so good! i've run into almost everyone i worked with before i got into consulting, and they were all happy to see me *whew* though i haven't run into the manager yet! i've been working mostly on to-be process design and i've been able to pick it up pretty quickly, it helps that i have a great team to work with who are willing to proof my work and answer all my questions too! as it turns out i am also the project 'it girl' and i end up doing a lot of odd jobs and tasks helping out the other streams which is turning out to be a great way to learn.
